Monarch Academy Annapolis is a tuition-free, publicly funded contract school open to pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade students in Anne Arundel County regardless of testing or screening.

Monarch Academy Annapolis is an International Baccalaureate® (IB) Primary Years Programme World School serving students in pre-kindergarten to Fifth Grade. The PYP offers an inquiry-based, transdisciplinary curriculum that builds conceptual understanding through a student-centered approach to education.

*Only schools authorized by the International Baccalaureate can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme or the Career-related Programme (CP). Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.
