Maryland Lotto and Gaming Agency’s Day to Serve at Monarch Baltimore

  As part of Governor Larry Hogan’s “Day to Serve” initiative, the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency participated in a landscaping and painting project in October at Monarch Academy Baltimore.
